the hotel has a great location. facilities were very clean. the breakfast was lovely!!! the room was quiet and very clean.
the tv was impossible to work. staff came to the room and found it difficult to get it right. it was ok for a while. it needed to be downloaded.

i found the staff helpful . they promptly addressed all my needs and offered great local recommendations. the shower was beautiful. also, i was able to check into my room early, which really suited me.
the pillows were too firm for my taste.

the hotel is very close to the beach. you can walk to the pier and concert venues easily. shops and restaurants are also a short walk away. the hotel's position is genuinely convenient.

adequate stay with some issues
disruptive noiseslow breakfast
the noise from the corridor was disruptive it persisted late into the night and early morning i suspect thin walls contributed to this issue and it impacted my sleep quality significantly also the breakfast service was slow orders were often delayed and the buffet items were not consistently replenished this caused unnecessary waiting and affected the overall dining experience i expect better service efficiency at breakfast time

i find the location convenient to everywhere. the staff was very helpful, i must say. i got a discount to use the partner hotels spa, this was great. we could have also used the pool at the other hotels.
the room get very hot. the duvet was so heavy and the bed was just two pushed together. i did feel the ridge.
